Life's Greatest Tragedy

Life's greatest tragedy isn't being rejected for who you are, but being accepted for who you aren't.
When you feel accepted by fitting in with everyone else, you begin to believe your sense of belonging only comes from pretending to be someone you're not.
It only makes you feel more distant from yourself and the world around you, making your connections feel cheap and inauthentic.
It creates an illusion that perpetuates the belief that you are not enough. Slowly, you begin to suffocate as you dig yourself deeper into a life that doesn't reflect who you are.
It's easier to stand up for yourself than to live in constant fear that others may reject you even if it means you must stand alone. It's because we are all so different we can all fit in.
Be vulnerable. Be authentic. Be yourself. Allow others the chance to be with you and appreciate you for who you really are. It's the greatest gift you can offer.
